Arcadia : IVC Direct connections overview

Arcadia : IVC Direct connections overview

Solution date Jul 30, 2025 : Using Arcadia R4 release

This article provides an overview of IV direct connections to an Arcadia

When connecting IV direct (IVC directs) one unit is the VOIP caller and the other is the receiver

Panels and LQs by design are VOIP callers when connecting to Arcadia or Eclipse Matrix

Using Arcadia R4 firmware the TCP/UDP port used to by the Arcadia to receive audio from the other Clear-Com VOIP Caller device is fixed at 6002
