Matrix: How to change TCVR IP Address

    Follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Transceiver.

    2. To change the TCVR IP Address to a Static IP Address, click the appropriate icon. If you are using the New EHX software, select the icon that displays the dots.

    1. Click the Edit button to modify the IP address for both the AoIP Admin and AoIP Audio.

    2. Uncheck the DHCP Enabled option.

    3. Enter the IP address for both AoIP Admin and AoIP Audio. Ensure that both addresses share the same subnet; otherwise, the icon will turn red.
