Matrix : Iris panel CCM showing "error while trying to get certificate"

I recently upgraded my Iris panel via CCM and then tried to set the IP address in the CCM.

However i keep this message “error while trying to get certificate"

Solution #1 : upgrade panel firmware to v6.82.79 or later

Solution #2 : You can try to rectify this by CLEAR-ing the Panel settings from the front panel

from the panel front panel goto “LOCAL MENU” > “IP SETUP” > “CLEAR” > “YES”

Solution #3 : You can reflash the firmware on the panel by downgrading and upgrading again

• Downgrade the unit to vXXXX, in the CCM click on "Network" you may still see the error message.

• Power cycle, the panel and in the CCM the error message will have gone

• Upgrade to vYYYY (the version you want to use)
