Arcadia: How do I connect 2 way Radio system directly to Arcadia.

               Arcadia can connect to the Radio in two different ways, as illustrated in the picture below.

For a 2-wire Radio, you can utilize the TW-47 connection method.

If you are working with a 4-wire Radio, the appropriate choice is to use the IFM 102 interface in conjunction with the FOR-22 Radio Interface.
