How do I connect matrix analog ports to an RTS Adam frame?

Clear-Com frames use 8-pin RJ-45 connectors for Matrix analog ports and RTS Adam frames use 6-pin RJ-11 connectors. Since no data can be exchanged between Clear-Com and RTS, only the audio pairs are used. See the diagram below for the pinout of a Clear-Com/RTS analog 4wire tie-line cable.
