Arcadia(FSE-BASE) : no event logs are shown
I am trying to log at the event log messages on my Arcadia system, however no messages appear
Solution: Try to Sync the internal clock of Arcadia first, then check whether the logs is working
Status-overview-host device-tools-Sync Clock.
If Clear-Com tech support request a log file from you in order to help resolve an issue
Please do not export the EVENT log messages as this only provides the current data. Instead please download the Support info files
