Skyport Account Admin not able to purchase GEN-IC subscription

Description/Additional Context

As a Clear-Conm dealer we have been approved to sale GEN-IC and have sold our first GEN-IC subscription

We have setup our technical sales mangers and engineers as account ADMINs, but they are not able to purchase GEN-IC subscriptions when they log into the our company Skyport account

Solution

As part of the approval process, the Clear-Com dealer / partner must nominate one member of their team to be named as the SkyPort Account OWNER

The named Account OWNER must be the first person to purchase a GEN-IC subscription

After this any account ADMIN users can purchase a GEN-IC subscriptions

The Account Owner should also purchase the FOC partner dashboard option.

To allow account owner and account admins to create and manage workspaces
