    The Nov_2023 published spare parts price list shows T40008-1A1 as the replacement part number for HRI-12B/IKB-12P processor boards. However, these have been found to be incompatible with the current version of firmware - V2.1.317

    Part # T40008-1B1-SP must be used instead.
