HKB showing Helixnet firmware mismatch (Feb-2024)

    I have just purchased a new HKB speaker station in February 2024 and connected it to my old Helixnet system and it is showing a firmware version mismatch

    Solution: Support for new Flash Memory chipset.
    Due to obsolescence a new flash memory chip will be implemented in future production runs of HXIIBP, HKB and HRM from February 2023 onward .
    This release will be the minimum release for these future devices and the user will be prompted on the HXIIBP, HKB, HRM to upgrade their Helixnet basestation if required to v4.4.22 or later
