Agent IC : Not able to log in, bad username or password

Customer : Agent-IC on Andriod. We are not able to log in at the moment. Do you know if there is any scheduled downtime or updates for this?

IOS seems to work as it should for them.

 

Solution from customer : Agent IC app on android does not accept .(dot) in the usernames.
