Station IC perpetual license

I have Eclipse HX and I have tried to activate a perpetual Station IC license on EHX V12.4 system, which does not work.
Will a perpetual license need EHX 13.0 or later?
Yes, you will need to have EHX 13+
You will also need to update your Station-IC to v1.3.0-Build31 or later. Previous versions don’t know to look at EHX as the Server.
