Can I downgrade/ reduce the port count on a E-IPA card

I work for a rental company and we have various E-IPA cards with different port counts
is it possible to downgrade (reduce) the port count on a IPA card , as we want to have the same size across all matrices.
answer: unfortunately its not possible to downgrade / reduce the port count on a E-IPA card
