Converting the FOR-22 call signal / logic input into a Control for use within EHX

Convert a call signal into a Control for use within EHX. This example demonstrates a call signal from an FOR-22, but this method can be adapted to suit any incoming call signal into a port.

In Local Advanced, set a Preset Talk between the FOR-22 port and a Dummy port.

Create a Control.

Create a Logic Diagram and configure a Xpt Trigger between the FOR-22 (source) and the Dummy port (destination).

Link this to a Control O/P and add the control we created in the previous step.

Now when the FOR-22 receives a logic input from an external device, it will activate the control (named “FOR-22 GPI” in this example).

We can use this control as normal in the EHX config.
