EHX Matrix: Where do I assign the user name and password for an Agent IC device?

From EHX go to Cards and Ports, then select the IVC/IPA card. Select the mobile device you want to work on and on the right side expand the IP Port Options. Assign the user name and password you wish. These credentials have to match the credential on the mobile device app. See screenshot below:
