Matrix: customer has a old PM-PRO licence , what happens when they upgrade to Eclipse HX Dynam-EC
Question : customer has license PM-PRO on a ECS matrix - what happens with this license when we upgrade to the latest EHX and would like to convert to Dynam-EC
Solution: Because they have a PM-PRO licence already we will convert this to a Dynam-EC licence FOC
Please provide the old passcode and the matrix ID number as this will help us verify the original Sales Order number (SO) and the type of licence they have.
