Listen Keys Already Active After Logging In

Eclipse/EHX

When logging in to Agent-IC for Eclipse/EHX, you might find random listen or talk keys already latched. Because the frame remembers the last known state of your device after logging out of Agent-IC, it keeps that keyset active for when you log in next. So in cases where you are sharing Agent-IC logins, you will find the last user’s set up active.

LQ

Agent-IC acts differently when logging in to an LQ, and will automatically activate all listen keys much like in a partyline workflow. It does NOT remember the last known state of your login.
