Getting and exporting a Firmware (FW) Report from EHX
The Firmware report contains Application Codes, Boot Codes, FPGA, etc. for all components of a connected Eclipse system. Your Clear-Com professional can use this information to diagnose issues with your system.
Compatibility is important, so make sure all codes are in line with the overall FW version of your system.
Instructions
Here's how to get a FW report from EHX
First, open EHX and when looking at the LAYOUT page (in the SYSTEM category):
right click on the big green (or orange) Matrix box.
hover over the word FIRMWARE
when the category expands, click on FIRMWARE REPORT
Once open, you can export the report by clicking on the FILE dropdown menu and select EXPORT.
