After upgrading my Matrix, the E-IPA card would not boot correctly
Certain versions of EIPA firmware are only compatible with certain matrix rack codes
If you find yourself in this position, revert your rack code (CPU firmware) back to the original code and upgrade the EIPA card first, followed by the rack code.
This should recover your system
We recommend that all customers upgrade to EIPA v1.69 and CPU code v18.97 as a minimum
CPU 18.77.2.0 | EIPA-1.49.63.0 | EHX v10 'Rev A' Production Release |
CPU 18.81.2.0 | EIPA-1.62.63.0 | EHX v10 'Rev B' Production Release |
