After upgrading my Matrix, the E-IPA card would not boot correctly

Certain versions of EIPA firmware are only compatible with certain matrix rack codes 

If you find yourself in this position, revert your rack code (CPU firmware) back to the original code and upgrade the EIPA card first, followed by the rack code. 

This should recover your system 


We recommend that all customers upgrade to EIPA v1.69 and CPU code v18.97 as a minimum 

CPU 18.77.2.0EIPA-1.49.63.0EHX v10  'Rev A' Production Release
CPU 18.81.2.0EIPA-1.62.63.0EHX v10 'Rev B' Production Release
CPU 18.81.2.0EIPA-1.64.63.0

All EIPA cards with s/n 39XC???? Or later leaving the factory should have this code) E-IPA includes sandisk support..

EHX v10 Rev D MKIII Production Release

E-IPA includes boot fix (for sandisk), not rolling back to incompatible 2ndbank and provides EHX v11 compatibility

We recommend that all customers upgrade to EIPA v1.69 and CPU code v18.97 at a minimum.
