Can I Upgrade My FreeSpeak Base to the Latest Firmware?

First a question for you, is it a FreeSpeak Base Classic?

  • You can upgrade to the last version of the FSII base (classic firmware) v2.2

  • The upgrade firmware is Free.. please contact Tech support

  • The customer can elect to send the unit in for upgrade at our service center if they choose, there is a charge associated with this.

 

If you are using a FSII Base2 ( FSII-BASE-II ):

  • You can upgrade to the latest version of the FSII base II firmware v1.5*

  • Only if the unit is still in warranty then the upgrade is FOC. Please contact Tech support with supporting info like s/n

  • If the unit is out of warranty then they are required to purchase the upgrade, please contact Clear-Com sales for pricing.

Please Note

This solution only applies to upgrading the FSII BaseII to ver v1.5 firmware, upgrades to later versions of FSII BaseII firmware may also incur a charge.
