Partyline: Can I use V-PAC to program the new RS-701beltpacks?

The new RS-701 party-line beltpacks can be programmed for:
Dynamic or Electrec microphones
Headset level High or Low
Min Volume
LEDs on or off
Call on Talk enable
Talk Key latched or non-latching
These adjustments are manually set at the beltpack via the recessed dip switches under the beltclip.  There are no connections provided to program the beltpack with V-PAC software.  V-PAC is only designed to work with Clear-Com's RS-600 series beltpacks.
