Wireless: Tempest 2.0 Push to Adjust Volume on Beltpack feature

The  "Push to Adjust Volume" feature is accessed via the Beltpack settings menu.This enhancement to the Tempest Beltpacks requires that the channel select button be pressed before any changes can occur to the volume setting.  If the volume changes while channel select button is pressed and this enhancement has been enabled, no channel change will occur.
