Agent IC: How do I adjust a listen level cross point on the Agent IC application?
Applies to Agent-ICconnecting to Eclipse -HX 9.1 or earlier versions
The Agent IC application on a IOS enabled device allows the user to latch multiple listens in order to monitor them.
The user can adjust these active cross points to highlight one over the others depending on the priority of the listens.
To activate this feature tap on the three dots associated with the active listen that you want to adjust:
This will open the cross point adjustment screen as shown below. drag the slider as required to
increase or decrease the volume to the desired listening level.
When the level adjustment is completed tap on the "X" to return the screen to its original
keyset configuration.
