HelixNet: How do I make a physical connection to a CellCom Base 4-wire port from HelixNet?

HelixNet: How do I make a physical connection to a CellCom Base 4-wire port from HelixNet?

Question:  In order to make a connection from a HelixNet 4-wire module to a 4-wire port on a CellCom base station do I use a standard CAT-5 T568B base patch cable?
Answer:  No, in order to make the audio connection from HelixNet 4-wire module to a 4-wire port on CellCom base the user will need to construct an audio cross over cable, that is the audio pairs (blue/blue white and green/green white) on a standard CAT-5 patch cable will need to be reversed on one end of the patch cable.  See diagram below for the proper cable wiring scheme.

(i) Use the same Audio crossover cable when connecting a Helixnet basestation to a any Clear-Com wireless basestation (DX210 / Tempest)
(ii) Use a Straight CAT5 cable when connecting a CellCom basestation to any Clear-Com intercom matrix (Omega / Median / Delta / Pico)
