Matrix: How much bandwidth does Agent IC use?

May you please inform us how much data Agent IC uses while on / being used. Also, the other concern is that our staff will close the application and not be located. Is there a function to lock the app?
Answer: Agent IC uses the same as the IP bandwidth is used by IVC-32 IP trunk lines (approx 180 kbps in WAN mode) but note
LAN mode is not supported. There is a an IOS feature called “Guided Access” which can lock the device to one app.

Bandwidth requirements for audio data when using IP Trunk lines

WAN (kbps)Internet (kbps)Full Duplex from IVC32 to remote Agent IC
180*280**

** Note: Silence suppression is enabled and Forward Error Correction module is ON both ways. The FEC module increases
bandwidth but will support ~5% packet loss without affecting audio and keep acceptable audio up to ~10% loss.

Applies to Agent-ICconnecting to Eclipse -HX 9.1 or earlier versions
