Matrix: How can I wipe the memory clean from an intercom panel before I send it in for service?

If, for security purposes, you want to wipe the memory clean from an intercom panel before it is sent it in for service, there is no need to do anything. All information that the panel displays is held on the matrix frame, within the configuration map. When you unplug the station from the matrix's network, all assignment memory is erased. When it gets to the factory, it will appear to the service technician exactly as it does when it is only powered up. The only information that will travel with the panel is its firmware version.
