Digital Partyline: Audio level from matrix panels to HelixNet Beltpack is low how can I adjust
Question: I noticed on our HelixNet wired Belt Pack the audio level onearphone is low between Matrix panel and Helixnet BPThe Audio between Belt Pack to Belt Pack is ok, Only from i-station panel totheBelt Pack. From Belt Pack to i-station Panel, the audio level is ok. Only when i-station talk toBelt Pack we noticed that audio level is low.Please advice.
Answer: Youcould adjust either the 4-wire (audio) input of HelixNet Mainstation (try +6):OR increase the output of MVX port, see attached.
From the Helixnet Basestation In Menu mode, select ModuleSettings. Toset the input level for the four-wire port: a)From the third menu (third display screen), select Input Gain. b)From the fourth menu (fourth display screen), select one of the following: •+12dB •+ 6dB. •0dB (default) •-6dB. •-12dB c) To confirm the selectedsetting, press the rotary control. OR increase the outputof MVX port, see attached.
