To look upincoming callers label in your panel reply key stack use the scrollup/down button in your reply key, only while your replyanswerback tally is active i.e. is displaying a label.If your panelanswerback auto clear time has ended, then the reply key will display REPLY andafter that you can’t look up the callers label.The othertime you can’t look up the callers label is when the callers prevent replysignalisation is set to true in ECS software / Cards and Ports / Advanced Settings / Global Settings.
