Matrix: How do I activate the Panel Prompt action in V series panels?

There are two options for updating panel firmware using ECS / EHX systems From the ECS / EHX PC select Firmware update > Panel you are then offered 2 options Automatic - will force all connected panels to take on the new panel firmware automatically Panel Prompt - will notify the panel operator that new firmware is available and do they want to update now or later

If the system administrator has selected the panel prompt option 
To activate the V-series panel firmware update While in front of panel: to accept / start the panel firmware update on your individual panel:Go to the panel Menu, select Diagnostic, select update and then select Yes to start the download.
Note: It will take a while around 20-25 minutes, please do the updates when the studio is off air. Keep the panels power On and wait the for the panel to reboot.
