Wireless: DX210 multi system not working

I have 3 DX base stations sync-ed together but is having issues  1 - Master single channel mode2 - slave single channel mode.3 - slave dual channel mode. Any belt pack registered to base 3 can talk and listen OnIC2 fine. When they stop talking on IC2, the IC2 light on belt pack stays onbut they hear the audio on IC1. Any ideas?Does base 3 need to be master?
All bases are linked to 2wire systems.

Solution: 1) Yes make the dual chnl basestation the RF master andthe single chnl bases the RF slave units 2) Also I would unplug all cables from the dual chnl baseand check that you can talk on IC1 and IC2 correctly3) question: is there an external PL psu unit connectingthe 2W circuits of the 3 bases together? 

Reply from customer: Have made the 2 channel unit the RF master and all is nowgood.All 3 bases are linked to external PL PSU
