Concert: Can't conect a Mac OS user on Version 10.10 Yosemite to Concert Client

Question:  We're running the Mac OS concert client, newest version, without issue on several OS X 10.12.1 systems.
When I installed it on a system running 10.10.5 the app is unresponsive. Are there some known compatibility issues with 10.10.5?

OS X 10.11: El Capitan
