Matrix: Missing Reply Key on Agent IC when using EHX ver 13.40 (v8.7)

Question: Why is my Reply key missing from my Agent IC client?  Solution: The issue is caused by copyinga keyset from an Agent IC client and pasting it to another one or by using the'Save' and 'Load' panel programming options.  The solution to this is to delete the affected Agent ICclient from the Cards & Ports screen (set the port type to 'Empty') andthen to re-add the Agent IC client.  
Warning! this will also delete all other references to this clientincluding PL, Group, IFB membership and configured keys etc. therefore theclient will need to be re-added and any other devices that had keys to theAgent IC client will need their keys re-populated via Panel Programming.  It is therefore advisable to use the 'FindUsages' functionality (right click on the port from the Cards & Portsscreen and select 'Find Usages') to know where the Agent IC client is usedbefore the client is deleted. A patched version of EHX (13.42.1.0) is available thatcorrects this issue however it will not fix the issue on any Agent IC clientsthat are already exhibiting the issue.
