IP Products: Can I set an LQ-4W interface to support 2-way radios with mic level inputs?

Question:  I would like to use LQ-4WG2 interfaces to support 2-way radio use back to an Eclipse frame panel.  Will
the LQ interface support 2-way radios with mic level inputs?  On the LQ-4W2 interfaces the audio level looks like it
only supports line level audio connections.
Answer:
The LQ-4WG2 unit supports both line level and mic level settings for connections to 2 way radios (handhelds, mobiles or basestations)
The DB9 on the LQ-4WG2 unit replicates the Clear-Com FOR-22 interface unit.
4-wire + GPIO specific settings on the LQ-4WG2 interface
Output level: Mic Level (-55db)/Line Level (0 dB).
This setting is used when connecting to devices (like a hand-held radio) where audio connects directly to the mic.
Selecting Mic Level allows for extra noise on the line to be attenuated. This setting works in conjunction with the
Output Gain; overall gain = Output Level + Output Gain.
