Matrix: How do I send call signal from HelixNet system into Eclipse Pico matrix?

We have a Pico matrix connected to a HelixNet basestation via 4wires in our Pico configuration, we have the 4wires from our  HelixNet basestation connected 4 of the ports on a Pico frame. We can get call signal from the V-series panels to the HelixNet station, but not the other way around. Here's how we have it setup: Each HelixNet channel is attached to a Matrix partyline in EHX. The software party line is on a v-series panel key.  Can this key be tallied when the call button on the HelixNet station is pressed?

Solution: Put the name of the Helixnet interface on the station keys and set a preset call in Local Advanced to each station you want to tally. If you allow “call signal tones” in audible alert options for each station, you will also get a tone as well as the tally via the local advance menu in EHX you can also send Preset call from the HelixNet port to  Matrix party-line.
