Matrix: Can I split the antenna modes on a ECS / EHX enabled E-QUE card?

At present for a Omega / Median enabled ECS 5.2 or EHX 7.1 frame using an E-QUE card for CellCom wireless the user has to enable the card in either "Antenna" or "Splitter" mode.  The user doesn't have the option of splitting the functionality of this card to be half antenna / splitter. 
The user has to locally power the CEL-TAs in antenna mode The user has to locally power the Splitter in splitter modeThe RJ-45 ports on the E-QUE card do not supply Vdc to the CEL-TAs or Splitters
In Antenna mode connect the CEL-TAs to the RJ45s marked 1-8 on the rear of the EQUE card 
In Splitter mode connect the Splitter (PD2203) to the RJ45 marked 1 and 5 on the rear of the EQUE card
