Wireless: Can I set / disable talk key latching from a Freespeak II beltpack directly from it's menus?

The Freespeak II beltpack menus do not support talk key latching / disable latching functionality.  To set latching / non-latching functionality on FS II talk keys the user has to access the FS II configuration editor PC software and from the beltpacks tab open the "Set Properties" button to set individual beltlpack talk key latching / non-latching functionality and push the change via the "Save and Apply" button.
Note:  Latching / Non Latching functionality only applies to the following talk key types:
Talk Only
Talk and Listen
Talk and Forced Listen
Dual Talk listen keys are unaffected by latching / non-latching settings.  On a Dual Talk Listen key the talk functionality is always non-latching.
