Matrix: Using EHX v8.8 I get duplicate Global Group numbers when I create a new fixed Group

We have investigated the Duplicate Global Group number problem and it appears that it is caused by having multiple stacked maps in the matrix configuration manager screen
When we create a new group we check the global group numbers in all the LOCAL (stacked) configurations and make sure the new group number is not in use in any of the local configuration for that particular matrixWe also check to see if the local (internal) group number already exists in the stacked configs. If it does we use the global group number associated with that number.  This is to facilitate switching between stacked configs.

However we do not check if the new global group number is being used by any other matrix in the linked set, including the current local config. The problem is similar if a map is imported to a matrix but not made the active map
For multi framed systems we recommend that you use a numbering scheme where each matrix is given a range of global numbers for groups and conferences / party lines. This stops global number errors, in this example it appears some of the groups have been manually re-numbered.  The issue only affects a very small number of our worldwide customers using linked sets & using stacked configurations
