Matrix: Dante controller not working. the “Device Info” is missing and certain control settings are found to be greyed out

You may have experienced an issue with DanteController running under Windows 10. Sometimes the “Device Info” is missing and certain controlsettings are found to be greyed out when you open a specific device. Openingand closing the program does not help. If you do have this issue then go to: Windows Control Panel> Administrative Tools > Services Scroll down until you see Dante Control and Monitoring Right click and restart this service… Dante Controller should now work correctly again. A better workaround for this is to get the service to restartautomatically:
Right click on Dante Control and Monitoring and select Properties.
Under the General tab check that Start-up type is set to Automatic(Delayed).  Under the Recovery tabcheck that First Failure, Second Failure and SubsequentFailures are all set to Restart The Service
Note: Dante controller software is a 3rd party application managed by Audinate. Please contact Audinate if you have any issues or for the latest version of the Dante controller
