Matrix: How do I change the number of audio channels on an E-Dante card?

Question:  When I change the number of channels on my E-Dante card in EHX software to either  16 or 32 channels the card still shows 64 channels.  The cards and ports screen shows the correct number of channels.  How do I get the card to show the correct number of channels?
Answer:  The user can limit the number channels shown in EHX software by selecting the 16 / 32 / 64 port card option in the cards and ports menu.  In order to change the actual number of channels available to the E-Dante card the user will have to open the Dante controller software and double click on the E-Dante card name to open the Device View screen.
Click on the Device Config tab, scroll down to the Sample Rate section.
The following options are supported:
support for 44.1k / 48k / 96K* sample rate **
support for 16, 32 and 64 channels of Dante audio I/O
*96k only support 32 channels of Dante
** Dante devices can only transmit /receive audio from other Dante devices running at the same sample rate
Reboot the E-Dante card by clicking on the reboot option at the bottom of the Device Config tab.

The user can confirm the number of channels in Dante controller, it will display the available channels in the routing
tab screen.
The user can also confirm the available number of channels in EHX in the Monitoring screen as shown below:
