Yes for non display panels (I-stations and ICS 1008 / 1016) clear-Com provides a excel template to help customers print labels 
I-1200E               16 key i-Series Non-Display keys, no keypad I-1400E               32 key i-Series Non-Display keys, no keypad
The templates can be found either 
- on the ECS or EHX DVD delivered with your system 
- on the Clear-Com FTP siteclearcom.ftpstream.com
