Wireless: Can the Freespeak II Configuration Editor create a new blank map?

Question:  Can the Freespeak II configuration editor software generate new maps from scratch?  I did not see any menus that would allow the software to create a new map.  

Answer:  The FS II configuration editor software can upload an existing map from a functioning FS II enabled base station, the software is also capable of taking existing config editor maps and loading them into the software program.
The config editor cannot create a new blank map by itself.
