HME DX Question for ISO. Why don't the wired system users hear it?
Q: I have a DX200 that I just tied into my matrix(Eclipse HX-Delta) via 4 wire interface. (Cat5E cable Config B)
USING THE Base Station Headset:
- We CAN communicate to and from the Matrixwhen the 2/4 wire Interface is selected (local headset area) -
- We CANT communicate to the wirelessbelt-packs when the ISO button is pressed however Belt packs can communicate toeach other.
Is there a way to have belt packs and matrixall active and able to communicate with each other at all times?
A: By design the DX Product line ISO buttons are intended to isolate the beltpack chatter from the wired connection. It only sends the signal to the other wireless BPs so they can have their private conversation among themselves, apart from the wired system's operators.
