Question:  I want to wire a CC-260 headset to a 6-pin XLR for a split ear headset feed on a RS-622 PL beltpack. 

Answer:  The RS-622, RS-623 and RS-522 headsets all support dual muff headset split ear feed.  See the chart below to wire up a CC-260 headset to a 6-pin female XLR connector:
