Matrix: Eclipse AES-6 integration with other digital audio AES-3 consoles
The Clear-Com AES-6-RJ card can provide 6 mono or 3 stereo connections standard AES-3 consoleshttp://www.clearcom.com/product/digital-matrix/HX-InterfaceModules/HX_AES6
V-series panels fitted with the AES-3 daughter card can also have their data/audio routes via digital consoles back to the main Eclipse matrix. This is particularly useful for live events where the Vseries panel can be connected to a stage box at the front of the house about routed back to the intercom matrix using same digital snake used for the Mic's on the stage.
Tests have been completed with SSL,LAWO and Euphonix digital mixing consoles.
Details of SSL tests
SSL C100-HD console could route audio (mono and Stereo) via our AES-6 interface (with levels around ±1db)
SSL C100-HD console could route both audio + data to our Vseries-Panel (mono and stereo)
SSL I/O rack with 5111 or 5112 i/o cards
