The RS-100 and the 100A are similar --- but not the same.... 100A is Stainless Steel with 4 Pin XLR male headset.. 100 is Blue and white with Tip – Ring – Sleeve for headset (older models) 100A was sold between 1980 and 1992 approx.... RS-501 replaced it... The 100 existed from 1969 through late 79/early 80. The connector was changed to a 4 pin around 77.. The picture below is from a brochure from 1976 shows an RS-100 with the TRS headset connectors.. Note the headset Jack (2) on the front of the CS-200..
