The operating time of the WTR series beltpacks can vary dependant on the type of batteries used in the beltpack battery sled. The battery sleds use six AA batteries. Observe polarity when inserting batteries into the battery sled.
AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries typically provide up to 14 hours (Continuous duty with talk light on)
AA 1.2V Nickel Metal Hydride batteries (1500 mAh) provide up to 11 hours (Continuous duty with talk light on)
