Matrix: Are V-Series pushbutton/lever key or rotary panels compatible with Matrix +3?

The V-Series panels are only compatible with Eclipseseries Omega, Median and Pico frames and software.  
The V-Series 1 and 2RU push button and lever key panels, V-Desktop lever key panels will work with Eclipse software / firmware versions 4.2 or higher.V-Series Desktop Push button support was added in Eclipse version 5.1.3.V-Series Rotary panel support was added in Eclipse version 5.2.

The V-Series firmware code was designed to work with the above mentioned frames and MVX-A16 port cards or IVC-32 cards in IP Panel mode.

They definitely are not compatible with anyversion of Matrix +3 software / firmware and M+3 frames (or Drake 4000 matrices). If they are plugged into a Matrix +3 frame no damage will occur but the panel will simply display a "Waiting for Eclipse" message and display the various firmware versions for that panel.
