Eclipse: My V-Series panels are not connecting to the IVC32 card, IP manager shows them in pink

My v-series panels are not connecting to the IVC32 card, IP manager shows them in pink, how do I regain connection Eclipse.
The easiest way to get the panels online is to download a known-working configuration, a copy you may have on your hard drive.It is important to check that the configuration you are about to download has labels in the panels and the configuration you usually work with.Once you do the download, if the panels are not connecting, check all the settings in the panels: login IP, user ID, IP address etc., and make sure they are the same as in ECS because it may be possible that the saved configuration may be an initial saved file but you introduced changes on the IP area...
Once you check the panels and ECS have exactly the same information, the panels will go online again...
