Wireless: How do I wire up a headset with a balanced MIC input to a CellCom / Freespeak beltpack?

Question: I've purchased some Sennheiser HMD-46 series headsets for our CellCom / Freespeak wireless intercom system. The headsets have a dynamic microphone configured for a balanced output, how should I wire up the headset to the CEL-BP / FS-BP 4-pin XLR and set the microphone input menu up on the beltpack?
Answer: The headset can be wired up for an unbalanced microphone input to the 4-pin XLR connector on the CEL-BP / FS-BP. Configure the 4-pin XLR wiring as follows:
Pin 1 - Mic Low and Screen
Pin 2 - Mic High
Pin 3 - Headset Low
Pin 4 - Headset High
In the CEL-BP / FS-BP menus set the microphone input to "unbalanced". This should provide the best operation for the headset and associated CEL-BP / FS-BP.
You probably could wire it as balanced but the MIC pair would need to be well twisted to avoid crosstalk from the headset return.
