Wireless: Communications can't be routed between Freespeak and Eclipse Pico

Question -- The communications can’t be routed between the Freespeak beltpacks and keypad panels on a Eclipse Pico system.  Kindly advise whether my connection and configuration are correct.
Answer -- In order to get communications path from the Pico frame to the Freespeak beltpacks there are a number of steps you need to complete. Basically a) Link 1 of the 4 basestation 4wire ports to a port on the Eclipse Pcio using a standard straight CAT5 cable.b) The beltpacks will talk/listen to 4wire-1 on the basesationc) The Eclipse panels will talk/listen to a port on the Pico matrix.
Here are more details steps1) Using a standard straight CAT5 cable. Connect from 4wire-1 on the FreeSpeak basestation to a spare port on the Eclipse Pico (example port 33)
2) Using ECS configure port 33 as a "Direct"  3) Using ECS configure a listen key for port 33 and a separate talk key for port 33 onto a keypanel4) Download this configuration to the Pico matrix.
5) On the FreeSpeak basestation using the Config editor 6) On Beltpack-1 assign a key to T/FL (talk & forced listen key) to 4wire-17) Download this configuration to the basestation This will allow the Pico keypanel (when a talk key is enabled) to talk to the FreeSpeak beltpack directly with the FreeSpeak beltpack users not having to press any keys due to the forced listen set to the wireless packs from the 4-wire ports on the Freespeak base station. The Freespeak beltpacks can talk  (when the rotary key is pressed down) to the Pico keypanel provided the listen key on the panel is enabled.  If the key panel listen key for the direct port isn’t active then the key panel will not be able to hear communications from the Freespeak beltpack.   The Freespeak beltpack settings can be configured from the front panel of the Freespeak base station or via the toolkit configuration editor software.   The Pico port and panel settings can be configured from ECS software.
